Sound the horns, ring the bells: the HDA has arrived!

WhoooHoooo! Shout it from the rooftops, sound the horns and ring the bells! The coveted HDA award has arrived in San Diego! Linda, of Linda, Charlie Brown and Beau, has graciously sent on to Enzo and I, the beautiful HDA medal and a bevy of assorted gifts and treats.




Soooo many wonderful goodies! A bag full yummy popcorn, that DH and I have been fighting over and a set of wonderful smelling spice rubs. These will help me look like a Master Chef in future bar-b-ques! ( I need all the help I can get ;) )
And then there is this:



A purse charm with Enzo engraved on a small heart and Hopeless Doodle Addict on a larger charm. This just brought a huge smile to my face, but also a few tears. Tears of happiness and appreciation! Thanks again, Linda. I will cherish this always!


Enzo is in heaven with all her new toys and treats. She is torn which to carry around first...I think the "grin" says it all!



I found DK quite by accident, last July, when Enzo became part of our Family. A long time dog owner, and former Breeder of Golden Retrievers, I have learned so very much, from the very many knowledgable members of DK. That and a bond that forms between us Doodle owners, has made DK one of the best...NO....THE BEST, forum/website/place to come, learn and make some wonderful friends. Thank you DK from the bottom of both my and Enzo's hearts. We are honored to call you all friends!

Congratulations Ro...you are so deserving...always commenting and helping others...I am so very Happy for you and thank you for your dedication to DK...I hope I will have more time to devote to it, once our eldest goes off to College in the fall...right now most of our time is spent on the baseball diamond(one of my favourite places)...Congratulations again on your HDA status...WOOHOO:)

Awwww, thanks, Michelle! Enzo is our only" child" living home these days...leaves me lots of time to spend on DK. Enjoy those special times with family. With us, it was the Soccer fields!

Regarding the doodle purse charm or key chain, I am waiting to hear back from the lady who made it before I post her name.  I should hear back later today.

Thanks for checking, Linda! LOL..from all the posts , I'm guessing she may be able to retire on all the orders she would get from DK members. I absolutely love mine, and got my first compliment on it at the grocery store today!
