The girls are in trouble now, Momma got some new grooming tools! We went to a Grooming trade show today at Pet Quest. It is for professional groomers, but when I found out about it a couple years ago I asked if I could come since I did my own grooming and was told that I could. This year I actually got a couple invitations in the mail to attend from a couple of the vendors and got a free pass (yea, we love free). First time I went I was a little intimidated because everyone was professional groomers and I felt a little out of place. I ended up leaving only purchasing some treats. This year I decided there were things I wanted and I was going in and get them. I came home with a K-9 Fluffer Dryer, a pair of curved scissors and a pair of blending scissors (now I have to learn to use them). Also am ordering some new Andis Stainless Steel magnetic Combs. Now it is just a shame both girls just had baths and haircuts so I have to wait a little while to use them. Funny thing was the first booth I stopped at they wanted to talk to me about a grooming job. Local Cincinnati Doggie Spa and Daycare was looking for groomers. Told them I wasn't a professional groomer just a home goomer and not trained. Wanted to know if I was any good and I said well I'm happy with my dogs and he said come talk to us. I said no thanks but thought it was funny.

All right! Sounds like you are well prepared for some serious grooming. I have a couple "neglected" doodled you could practice on until Lucy and AnnaBelle grow out their coat :)
lol, Cathy, bring them on over!
I actually think I would like to have been a groomer if I wasn't a fashion agent LOL of course I would only groom one dog per day so would need to charge a small fortune. I would love to go to a groomers trade show :)
