Your dog is probably done with his skeletal growth and won't get any taller or longer, but he will still gain weight in the form of muscle mass for the next couple of months. Standard doodles usually finish their bone growth by 10 months but continue to gain lean mass.
There is really no way to accurately predict the adult size of a mixed breed puppy, any more than you could predict the adult size of an human infant. All doodles are different, that's part of the fun of owning one.
There are lots and lots of doodles who are 90 lbs and over, but I don't think your guy is going to get that big, unless you let him get overweight, lol. He may very well end up between 75 and 80 lbs.
Buster is certainly a handsome boy! Love the way his coat "doodled out" as he grew!
My doodles continued growing up to a year and even put on some weight after that (I guess I overfeed). We had a 105-lb. labradoodle, and a 90-lb goldendoodle. The old rule of twice their weight at 4 months plus 5-10 pounds seems pretty accurate. You should join the Heavyweights group. He already qualifies.

At ten months old and 70lbs, I daresay the idea of 90 is maybe a stretch, it's not beyond the realm of possibilities - he will 'solidify' from here on. Males bulk up, but the numbers on these dogs just mystify - still I would prepare for 80-85.
