Okay, even I can be wrong. (Shocking I know). Oven-Baked is indeed the name of a brand of pet food made in Canada. It's a very strange company, and I am not at all impressed with their formulas.

Boreal looks okay in terms of sourcing & manufacturing, but the nutritional analysis is not great and the Omega 6:3 ratio in the formulas I looked at were awful. It's also not available in the US.

Spring Naturals appears to be made in the US; I can look into it during the day when I get a chance. 

Carna4 is in very limited production and distribution. That doesn't mean it's a bad food, just that it's probably not going to make it onto the list because I can't research every tiny company, lol. 

I will also look into Nutreco, makers of what you called "Canine Plus Wholesome Brand" and which in fact is a line in the Nutreco Brand called Wholesome Blend.
