Charlie's biting is getting ridiculous. I am so frustrated, he doesn't listen. I know he's just a puppy but he ONLY bites me. He comes at me and bites anything he can on my body and it hurts. He doesn't care if I walk away, I've tried flicking his nose and it doesn't work, I've held his mouth down, I've gently pinned him to the floor but all these things just get him more worked up and he bites harder. I don't sit on the floor with him anymore but it doesn't matter where I am, he tries his hardest to bite. I always try to replace my hand with toys but half the time toys aren't as interesting as my body apparently. He isn't trying to hurt me but I'm getting so
Frustrated and confused as to why he's only doing this to me. It hurts!!!!

Buddy was this way too as a puppy, and if we tried to hold him down or do any physical correcting he would only get more agitated.  I was told by a trainer to time him out.  I used his crate, but you could time Charlie out in a bedroom, or even take his leash and anchor him away from you and the rest of the action in your household.

Only do the time out for 30 seconds to start, and if he come right back at you with those teeth, turn him around and put him back in his time out.  It didn't take Buddy long to realize teeth on any part of mommy get him isolated from all the fun.

Good luck Nikki, it will get better!

It does get better!  Believe me!  We had the same situation with our Hugo until he was about 4.5/5 mos.  Once all of his baby teeth fell out and the adult teeth came in he became a different dog. For the first 2+ months we really didn't pet him at all - we couldn't because he would reach up to bite.  Keep up with all of your strategies - leave the room, time outs in crate, find good chewy toys.  the BUMI was a life saver for us.  And then Bully Sticks when he was about 5 mos old helped a ton.  ALso, I highly recommend professional training classes.  We have been doing them since he came home at 8 weeks.  I just keep signing up for more.  It is great for bonding and of course for learning all of the skills they need to be a great family dog.  Don't give up!  I felt just like you 2 months ago.  Now we lie on the ground and cuddle.  He licks my 12 year old all over.  We never worry about biting anymore.  It will come.  Good Luck!

We warned, saying no bite. Then if they continued to bite we would spray breath spray in their mouth and repeat no bite, then if they still persisted timeout, they get absolutely no attention whatsoever for 10 minutes. If we have to shut them in a room or their crate they know they're in timeout. After about a week...all we had to do was reach for the breath spray and they cut it out.

You've received a lot of suggestions. Some very similar to this, the breath spray is the tiny kind at the checkout counters at places like walgreens or cvs. (Binaca I think) and it's so easy to buy 5-6 bottles and put them in common places like on the kitchen counter, in the coffee table drawer, or even your pocket. So being consistent was very easy for us with that. ;)
