Kyoko's trials

I have been watching tutorials on youtube, and attempting to follow directions and do what they do to learn different techniques until I develop my own.... I will post different trials as I experiment....

Yes, I know a photographer who does that also, but he will not touch digital. He does all his own darkroom developing and printing in black and white and then adds a paint layer in color. I think I really prefer digital, but it is two different formats.

Thanks, DJ, this definitely will come in handy for me also. I have made a copy that I will keep at my computer. When I first started printing giclees, I had lots of problems with getting 150 dpi with photos I enlarged to make giclees. But they were mostly dogs and if you love the dog, the 150 dpi is okay. But, not for any photo where you want a higher quality or larger print. BTW, I worked on the tulips at school on Wednesday and got a great paining with Corel, but deleted it all and will try again here at home. I have Corel Painter and Adobe clouds on my computer, so no excuses there. Thanks for all your help. This definitely makes sense to me.

Yes, I am also wondering if my saturation was too low.... It shows all of the detail on the computer, but not once printed. I thought giclees will pick up all of the detail.....May be next time I would print it on the paper first and look at it before print it on canvas,...

It's been like forever since I have been on DK.... Here is my latest. This young woman's dad past away prior to her wedding. so someone asked me to do this for her as a wedding gift. She is getting married in one week!!!
