I will be picking up my labradoodle puppy tomorrow (sooo excited!)

I was just wondering if you guys have any suggestions for the first few days with my puppy. How can I make this transition least stressful for him? What's the best to bond with my puppy in the first few days? Any information would be greatly appreciated! He will be my first dog! Can't wait!

We have had lots of puppies and it is important to get off to a good start with your puppy.  Bonding is so important and I think holding and talking to him a lot really helps.  Where do you want him to eliminate?  With a puppy, I CARRY them out to heir elimination place and put them down where you want them to go.  Then give them treats and praise when they do their elimination.  Pick them back up and carry them back into the house.  NEVER just open the door and let them go out to go peepee.  I never let my dogs wander around the house until they are totally house broken.  But hold them and handle them a lot.  Touch them and talk to them and cuddle them.  That is my best information.
