Finnley's New Toy

Hi Doodle Buddies ~  While still basking in the glow of the HDA award, I want to tell you about one of the toys Finnley received.

It is called EGGBabies.

This plush toy (hers is a platypus) is so dang cute, and Finnley hasn't put it down for more than 30 minutes at a time. It has little Kiwi sized squeak balls in it's belly,

that the dog is suppose to see you put in, and then it is his or her job while playing and get them out. Finnley does it for the shear pleasure of squeaking them. I was a bit skeptical at first. I never have thought of Finnley as the brightest crayon in the box, however I showed her, and that is when the fun began. She just loves it, and digging those squeaky balls out of the Platty's belly.

 I just wanted to share about a toy that another doodle might enjoy. One who just loves to lay and chomp to hear the noise. However if you have a shredder, this is probably not a toy for your doodle.

So cute!  I may have to get this, too.  We have the Hide-a-Squirrel (regular and ginormous size!) and my girls love it.  Though we have to call them "chipmunks" because the word "squirrel" sends Eloise into a fit.  :)

I just ordered the Platypus for Bailey (and me too!).  I can't wait to play with it......I mean for Bailey to play with it!  :>)

I'm so glad Finnley is happy with this toy. It would get shredded in this house (Monty being the culprit). He is just not too patient. I think the boys would just carry the balls around and forget all about Platty.

Finnley is quite diligent with this toy. She lays on her back, and gums it for awhile. Then she turns over, and works getting all 3 balls out. Seriously, I really didn't think she was going to be smart enough to do it. After the balls are out she takes turns squeaking them all, as well as carrying the Platypus around with her. I am glad she has found a dog toy to carry around. It was getting embarrassing to bring her in the car with the cat toy she liked to carry !!

LOL, a cat toy? Whatever strikes miss Finnley fancy. Her play style resembles the one of Auggie. He loves to roll on his back with a toy in his mouth.

Yes Jarka a cat toy ! It is an orange mouse toy and even has a small bell on it. Until Platty arrived, it was her go to toy. I do have to say, she really does own many nice toys, but for walking around in her mouth purpose, it was that stupid cat toy !

That toy is just the cutest!  Libby would love and eat it all up!  Litterally!
