So my husband and I took our two Doodles (Daisy and Sophie) up to the school ground last night to romp around a bit, and I sit on the swing and swing a bit and both Doodle's came running over to me, one, jumping on me and nipping at me frantically and the other came up behind me and jumped on my back and scratched my back (not to harm me) but they apparently did not like me swinging on the swing, it apparently upset them....things that make you go hmmmmm!!!!! :-) Anyone wanting to experiment and see if yours to the same thing???

Not quite the same thing. . . . . .   :-}   But if I could read Ned's mind here, it would be, "Get me outa here!"

Cutest ever!

Aww Ned!

: )

This is adorable Nancy !

How old is Ned, he's adorable, how you got him to sit still is beyond me!!! :-)

Nancy ~ this is the cutest photo of Ned.  Yes, I can read his mind! LOL

Yes, if only!  We have two doodles also.  Charlie is very intelligent and intuitive to people's feelings, Beau - well he is in his own little world!  When I say something to Beau, he will cock his head, and every word out of my mouth provides a quick cock of his head!  I would love to know what he is thinking!  He is so quirking in his movements when he is playing ball and he makes everyone laugh. Doodles are so much fun - each has there own wonderful qualities.  I am pretty sure if I was on a swing, they would start running around me and woof!  BTW - I see you are fairly new to DK, so welcome to this wonderful group!

Thank you Linda.  I never even knew what a doodle was until July of last year when my co-worker told me about this dog that was turned in to her family vet, she was a 10-month old golden doodle and supposedly was let go because they were moving to an apartment, that was hard for me to believe, Daisy is not a huge dog where they couldn't have looked harder for a place, I think she was turned in because she is very hung strung, and patience is needed for a dog like this, some people do not want to put the time into those puppy years, I had a golden retriever for 10 years who didn't calm down until she was maybe 7 yrs old :-)  I also have this lovable Berne Doodle (jet black) who is hilarious.  I was unable to let myself have another dog after I lost my golden retriever (Skittles) I was devastated and couldn't imagine letting myself go through that again, but then in came Daisy out of nowhere and here I got another one who was 12 weeks when we got her and she is now 7 months.  I'm 51 now and I have to say my body is taking a beating :-)  But they make me laugh so much and my house is lit up again, I guess they can beat me up all they want :-)

I so agree with you.  I had a similar experience after our standard poodle passed, then Charlie entered our world and helped heal our hearts.   I believe they keep us young at heart!  Enjoy your two beautiful doodles.  Looking forward to seeing lots of photos of them.
