I'm not sure I'm downloading the correct way.  I had alot more but they are not showing up.  ??

I just clicked on them and was able to see them.  I think they are really nice.  I like hooking rugs but I have only done printed patterns.  Keep up the good work.

these are great! Do you sell your rugs??

Sue, I haven't sold any of my rugs yet, but thinking about it. They're labor intensive and expensive to make and there aren't too many people wo are willing to spend much on them not realizing what it takes to hook them. It's NOT, NOT, NOT latchhook which is what most people immediately relate to when saying I hook rugs. The usual comment I've heard in talking about it is an enthusiastic, " oh, I used to do that!". When what they did was latchhook that you can purchase in kits at most hobby stores. You'll never see primitive rug hooking supplies, wool, cutters, hooks, frames and the fabric used in any stores.. Anyway, long answer, I know. Lol
Your doodles are beautiful and also love your VW bug convertible. I have one too! Black w tan interior.
I'm going on Friday morning to O'Hare airport to pick up my chocolate doodle puppy . Cooper ( Parti doodle) and I will hop in my bug and go. :).
If I ever decide to sell my rugs I'll let you know in case your interested.

Joan, they're so beautiful!  I especially love the "Spring Rug".

My mom used to hook rugs.  I still have a couple.  There are great.....

I want the turkey one!! Have you thought any more about selling??

They are beautiful.... I bought a book on how to do the rug hooking and I thought I will use my daughters' old dance costumes ( We have tons of them...) to make them with. I did not want to give the costumes away nor throw them away since we had so much memories of so many years spent at the dance studio.... However, I never got around to making them....

Your work is beautiful.

So, Kyoko, how are you going to use old dance costumes to hook a rug?

I was going to cut them into  strips of fabrics. And make design that will go with what the dance / music was about and use those strips of fabric to hook onto coarse jute like materials. Well, that was my thoughts that just never developed!!! LOL.... I may get to it when I retire in the future!!!
