Problem with Midwest Crate divider

Hi All,  I have been reading along for a few months now but finally joined myself since our puppy is coming home soon!

We bought a Midwest double door crate with divider.  Has anyone had a problem inserting the divider?  Because of the double door, there is nowhere to hook the bottom hook of the divider on the door side.  I think we are returning it and are going to go with a different crate but figured I would ask in case I am missing something...

We had the same crate when Tara was a puppy. I don't recall having any problem getting the divider attached properly but it has been quite a few years since we've used it and I can't remember how we did it.  Why don't you give the company a call, they can probably help you?

Thank you!  I called the company and since one of the rubber feet was not attached as it should have been (in addition to the divider issue), they think it was defective return or something.  So it's going back and I have another crate on hold for me at a store.  They only have the Midwest Ace but I think that's just the updated model so hoping that one works properly!
