A scene from Swan Lake!

Nice! Love the title! Congratulations on our new camera.

I've waited year for this tiny little elusive Bufflehead. It took me three weeks to get barely close enough.  One of my favorites. See you next year

I hope I am able to get a better photo of the Common Loon before they head North East too.  Huge, beautiful markings

A really bad attempt at trying to salvage a photo of this Ruddy Duck (?)    I've  never seen one.  He was a real cutie even from so far away.

Some of you might hate this photo... sorry.   Red-Breasted Merganser -female gulping a... fish or alien

A Horned Grebe with wet horns. Would love to see the yellow horns dry and spiked out. This migration has been tough. Every time I go, the fishermen have scared them way out into the lakes.

Your bird photos are amazing. I've never seen a Bufflehead and I love the second image especially.

The 2nd photo did work. I love that one too.  The rest are just poor attempts at far away, fast diving ducks.  It has been really REALLY frustrating.

If I got just one, and I did, I'm happy.   Even the folks out there with the 600mm lens cant get the photos.

I've never been so frustrated and I keep going back for more punishment

Honestly, I cant wait until they leave so I dont have to try. I'm just so addicted.

Thank you, DJ

You are far more patient and persistent than I would be and you deserve lots of credit.

thank you F. At least you get it. People dont know that is takes hours for a photo and most days, it is a wash.  It's like a game of golf; you shoot one good shot, and you go back 100 more times to get it again. At least, I gave that game up.

Great assortment of birds. Birds eating are part of nature, neat.

Thanks, F.

Love these images.

I'm thankful for your patience because you've opened up a whole new world of interesting birds for all of us to enjoy.

These are stunning, particularly the second.  Your patience and persistence really paid off.
