Happy Birthday to Meg

My Meg turns three today and we have had her since she was four months old.  Some of you may remember that we were her fourth home, poor thing had been shuffled to two homes and then a rescuer when we got her.  We had been pet less for 16 years when we brought her home and now I can't imagine what the house was like without her...well, I can imagine not cleaning up all this hair every day but on the other hand the birds in our neighborhood have the furriest most comfortable nests around.  She is so incredibly smart and loving and I actually feel sorry for all of the people that passed her forward instead of loving her, they have missed out on so much.  If I ever met them I would have to thank them for passing on this great opportunity in our life, she means the world to us.

Sadly we don't get to spend most of this day with her because of a funeral but tomorrow we will make up for it.
