Some questions that will help us advise you:

How old is your puppy? What does he weigh?

Which TOTW formula are you feeding?

How much food do you give him, and how often? Does he have set mealtimes, or is he free-fed?

What else is he getting in the way of treats or snacks?

Is he drinking water?

Any behavioral changes, like less energy than normal, sleeping more, etc?

Is his poop normal?

In general, when a dog suddenly stops eating, it can be an indication of illness.  But with puppies, it can also be an indication that their growth has slowed down and their calorie intake needs adjusting, or that they need to be cut back to 2 meals a day instead of 3. In most cases, it's a mistake to add things to the food to tempt the dog into eating, which can cause harm if there is an illness or obstruction, and can create a picky eater if there isn't.

My puppy is 3.5 month old  and he weigh in around 20 lb .

I give him 1/2 cup of food (Breakfast/lunch and dinner) .He has mealtime and I put him in crate wd food

He has been eating "Taste of the Wild" lamb version since begining.

My husband added some grilled chicken when I was out of town since puppy was declining to eat.

Now if I mix grill chicken or cheese he eat .

He gets treat like "Zukes's Mini Naturals " in chicken. If  take him for walk like 1 or 2 mile , he gets too tired

He is drinking water and his poop normal. If I mix some water with his food he sometime eat.

So I feel his food may be too hard for his teeth.

1. Whaht snack I can give him ?

2.Should I give him puppy food ?

The food is not too hard for his teeth. A 3.5 month old puppy can chew through just about anything, including bones. Millions of puppies that age and younger eat kibble without any problem.

I would not be worrying about giving him snacks, and I wouldn't be giving him any. He needs to be eating his food.

If you are sure that he isn't ill, I'd start feeding 2 meals per day instead of three. I would give him the food without adding anything at breakfast and dinner, give him 10 minutes to eat it, and then take the bowl away and do not offer food until the next scheduled meal time. He will soon learn that food isn't always available, and nothing better is going to be offered if he doesn't eat what what he is given when it's given to him. if you continue to add chicken & cheese, and give him snacks, you are going to create a very picky eater. Treats should be used as training rewards only.

A puppy formula might be a good idea, as they are generally higher in fat and calories and therefore the pup doesn't have to eat as much to get the nutrition he needs.

I don't know whether or not it's normal for a 3.5  mo old puppy to get tired out from a 1 mile walk. I haven't had a puppy for 25 years, lol. I'd ask the vet about that, or maybe someone else can chime in with their experience. Certainly, if the temperature is very warm in your area, that might be the reason.
