What do you think our mini f1b will look like?

We have a few weeks until he arrives, but I was wondering what you think he might look like? Hes a mini. His parents are 18 lbs (poodle) & 25 lbs (goldendoodle). The doodle dad is apricot & the poodlr mom is like a champagne color. Anyone have a pup that lookedlike this?

I predict he is going to be absolutely adorable!  Beyond that, it is hard to tell.  Possibly pretty curly.  The hard part is knowing if the coat is going to stay red or if he will fade as he gets his adult coat.  Should be an interesting year watching him mature.  Look forward to many more pictures.

Right now it looks like he will have long, beautiful, fluffy fur.  Nice size doodle.  The most fun of a doodle is guessing how they will turn out.  I think I would have felt our Kate was just right no matter what fur she ended up with in the end.  Have fun with your furbaby.

hard to say really, especially if this is a first litter for these parents.  If they have previous litters you can guage based on that.

I have an apricot dood.  we are two now. he has gotten some lighter,but not much. I would call it more blonde highlights in spots, but overall look is still apricot.  we even have the same white patch of hair on the chest as your little guy. 

we have curly hair, but we knew this as our breeder tested for curly/straight genes before I picked ours as I needed to have allergy friendly hair.  We are fb2, our parents were mini apricot mom and mini white dad.  our pup is 32 pounds, and on the high end.  even out of 5 litters these parents have averaged around 23 pounder pups.

I think I have some pics on my profile page of our pup as it grew.

congratulations! Rest up as the fun begins and even while you are sleep deprived, take pictures!!  they grow up so fast!! but it's the best decision ever!! we love our 32 pounder even though I wanted a purse pup!!

Thanks guys! At first we were so unsure about him actually because of the white patch. Looks so much like the doodle we are mourning. But I know he will look & be a ton different. I think he will be more curly which is cool :-)

Things fell through with this little guy because of shipping arrangements :-( it was very disappointing. However, we found another, closer dood that we will be able to go & pick up. We are picking him up this weekend. He is a bit older than the other, at 11 weeks. Hes also a mini f1b :)
