Our own Kemp Rader of the Doodle Country Store is giving us one Les Poochs brush to giveaway. And Kemp is great at helping decide whichi s right for your doodle's coat.

Great Prizes, Trixie really needs those Pawsh Pads
Was looking forward to the Webinar but was disappointed as it was re-scheduled. But thanks for the recording.
Nice prizes.
I really enjoyed the webinar! My question (I'm sure it was many doodle owner's same question) was the first one addressed and is really the only concern I have with my 4 year old Labradoodle. It's just hard getting the visitors to respect what we're trying to do with training Cooper to be calm when people come to visit. We call him "aggressively friendly" because he jumps up on visitors, whines, and cries out of excitement to see them. On the flip side, it could be worse, and he could be mean, growl and bite. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed the webinar as much as I did.
Have a great day doodle owners!
Doodlemom
My Guinness was like that too. I finally decided that he would not be able to greet visitors when they first arrive. When the doorbell rings he is gated in another room and I let the visitors in. When he calms down in the other room and the visitors are seated, I then let him out and the reaction is much better.
We frequently have 3 tables of bridge players, and one of them cannot seem to get the message - ignore the doodles until they are calm! I do not get what is so hard to understand about that statement! I finally had to tell the guy to sit and stay - and I would bring him back a glass of wine! Some people! I had already put a babygate across the French door opening from the master bedroom and I only had to do that because of one person. It takes Charlie and Beau just a few minutes to calm if everyone ignores them. I would really like to give this guy a time out!!
I love Doggy Dan, and I so agree with his training philosophy (which I learned over the years from dealing with Murph). The webinar was perfect IMO because the focus was on leadership versus mechanics. I agree that is the foundation....without it no other method is going to be successful. I was a member of his site for the past year, and really learned so much from his responses to people with lots of different issues. Thanks for arranging this, Adina and Clark! Adina, I think at one point you may have been referring to Murph and me.....he has taught me so much.
Thank you SO much for holding this webinar again. Doggy Dan is so fun to watch and his tips are great. It's nice to be able to watch it even though we joined last time also.
Les Poochs has been a LIFESAVER with Myla's hair I am so happy they brought them back (Kemp by the way is very helpful in making sure you get the correct one for your Doodle's hair type)
The other items would also be very useful (and cute)
Thanks again for educating all of us on having a grip on training!
Now we are looking forward to the calendars!!!!!
I have been so frustrated lately with the brush I have been using on Olive. I know it is not the right type for a doodle and because of that it takes me an incredibly long time to do it. Olive is very patient with me but I don't blame her for not wanting to lay still that long to brush her out. I have been wanting the Les Pooch brush so bad but have been waiting until I get some extra money. I love all of these prizes and it is so nice that there are such great giveaways that benefit the doodles directly :) Thanks!
OK, so I went to town where I get strong enough signal to view and lo and behold it does not play on a tablet. : ( So with all the bad weather here and a hurricane on the way I will not be able to try again hauling my laptop to town until late next week. : (
So Adina\Clark, so my question is: how long will the replay be available?
I would love to watch the Doggy Dan webinar replay and Haley would love a new pair of boots for winter.
Awwe man...I'm sorry that it didn't work out on the tablet. The replay will be up for a while, but the 20% discount to become a member of his training site and the contest will end Sunday at midnight PST.
I have been scouring the Doggy Dan website for the past month, and have seen how well his recommendations work, even with my stubborn labradoodle puppy. I missed the rescheduled webinar but plan to watch the replay. Thanks so much for bringing Doggy Dan to the attention of us doodle moms.
