Evening Primrose Oil for itchiness

Hi all,

I have done some reading on evening primrose oil for itchy doods.  I am looking at buying this one on Amazon, and was wondering if it's safe for my doodle?

EPO can lower the seizure threshold and therefore should not be used in dogs with seizure disorders. Otherwise, it's safe.
