Trampoline like bed close to floor...

I was looking at a how to video about training Doodles and noticed this trampoline like dog bed. Had never seen that before. Feedback please.

I think they're called Coolaroo or Kuranda dog beds - we don't have one but quite a few people do have them on this website and think they're the best!  I'm sure someone will chime in!

We have Coolaroos, one for each dog.  My Polly uses them as an interactive toy. Amazon is a great place to pick them up.

Here are my two relaxing on their Kuranda bed on our back deck this past summer. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy, and keeps them cool when it's hot outside. I think I got the largest size possible. The frame is included in the dimensional measurements, so remember to subtract that to understand the real surface area space when choosing. The structure is made of very durable PVC, so it's virtually chew-proof. I like that it's elevated, to give my guys some relief from the deck, which can get quite hot when the temperature is high. It's advertised as being "orthopedic," but if you're looking for something that's really comfortable, I'd buy something cushier.

Note that some dogs don't like these types of beds, and also that the covers can become torn and need replacement. :)

True about the replacement, Polly plays on hers so much we have to replace the cover about once a year and it is still worth it.

Kuranda guarantee theirs are chew proof and will replace the bed if your dog chews on it. I've heard many good reports about them.

We borrowed one of these to see if Cocoa would use it. She would not go near it. Nothing we did could make her like it. You might want to buy it from a source that takes returns just in case your doodle won't use it.

I bought one for Haley.  He would get on it if I told him to but he would not stay on it.  It stayed up for a year with no success.  Wish I had been able to borrow one to try out.
