New mom & new to Doodle Kisses & looking for groomer

I live in the Green Valley area of Henderson and I am looking for recommendations for a good Doodle groomer hopefully in the area or anywhere in the valley. Looking forward to meeting everyone!  Thank you! Michelle Guerin

Welcome, we are snowbirds from Michigan. I tried a local pet shop in the strip mall on Greenvalley & Warmsprings. Very nice people and a very good groomer.

We had an AMAZING experience at "Best of Show" on W. Sahara at Durango. Our groomer loved Jaxon.. Gave him a perfect cut! And didn't make me feel bad being that he's young and still gets silly like others have. She had a couple other Doodles walk in while I waiting and they were all happy to be there and parents were raving about the shop! It's a drive from GV but she knows the breed and will love your pup. Where ever you end up choosing I hope you find the best!!

After purchasing our GoldenDoodle (Tess), we had taken her to several groomers, with the same results, pisspoor!  The dog either barfed or shat in the house after, we even had her to the vet!!  Also, we always showed them photos of what sort of doodle cut we wanted, they never paid any attention!

We finally found Yuppy Puppies (heard of them on this list too!)  We haven't looked back!  They do an excellent job, are real friendly and besides all that, THE DOG IS HAPPY!  They take the time to treat the dog right, don't let her get upset etc.

We haven't had any tummy problems with Tess, since!!

Hi! So excited for you and your new rescue Tucker! I have 2 doodles and my boy Finley is 103 lbs of love. We will have to get them together for a play date. I'm in Henderson as well and I am a professional Pet Sitting @Crazy4Paws Pet sitting so if you ever need help with your boy let me know. :)
As far as a groomer..the best in town is Diana Williams at The Soggy Dog on Stephanie & Horizon Ridge. She grooms lots of doodles and has been doing my 2 since I got them. [phone]. I highly recommend her. Tell her Shelley sent you.
