Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Hi everyone
My daughter works at a big pet store chain here in Las Vegas.
Someone dropped off their goldendoodle (Jasmine) at the boarding facility early in February. Because the pet store hasn't been able to get in touch with the owners since, she has been declared abandoned. The pet store was going to turn her over to a pet rescue group, but agreed to let us foster her until we can find a Doodlehome.
Jasmine is a playful 1 yr old with some training, she is not spayed, and is a sweetheart. The pet store will not collect on the bill from the adopter, but there may be a fee.
Daughter and I are delighted to foster Jasmine, however Husband is Not excited about it at all!
We will have more details later today, please send a private message if you're interested in adopting Jasmine.
Thanks
Jeanne & Lilly and (Alice)

I sent you a PM. I know a family wanting to adopt a Doodle.
Daughter will get a photo at work this afternoon
If you contact the DRC, perhaps you could continue as the foster and have a say in the adopter, but using the resources of other experienced volunteers, screen applicants, so that this doesn't happen to Jasmine again.

I may have posted "abandoned doodle" prematurely. The pet store got in touch with Jasmine's family yesterday (when the store called from a private cell number), owners said they would pick Jasmine up today, Thursday 3/31. We're not sure that will happen.
I'd like to get Doodle Rescue Collective involved, since I don't experience in placing a dog.
Please be patient and it is not possible to visit her at the store.
We should have more information at store closing time
Jasmine update
Good news - bad news
Jasmine was collected by her parents this afternoon.
Sorry to have got some of your hopes up.
It is terrible that someone forgot their doodle anyway.
