When to switch to adult food?

Hi all,

Charlie will be a year old this month and I am wondering when he should be switched to adult food?

He can be switched now. Typically, you switch to an adult formula when the dog's skeletal growth is complete, which for most standard doodles (those who will weigh less than 80-90 lbs at maturity) is between 9-12 months and between 6-8 months for minis.
