Has anyone had a doodle that looked like Gus?!

Hey everyone:) I am new to Doodle Kisses and am also a new Goldendoodle owner to an eight week baby named Gus! Gus was the only pup out of 8 left in his litter when we met him. His siblings are all very curly. My husband and I are very curious to see what he might end up looking like as an adult. Also he sheds a ton already at only 8 weeks. Is this normal shedding of the puppy coat? He has very crimpy and thick looking hair under all that straight puppy fuzz! Thanks:)

Oh my gosh! Gus is so adorable! I'm now having puppy fever again!

Kai looked a little similar (especially the white fur around the eyes:)) I think his coat will be more wavier as he gets older. 

If you scroll all the way down, you will see that her first pic she was 5 weeks old she looked more like a golden retriever, then as she got older her fur started to get wavy. And as each month passes, the coat changes & now she looks more like a goldendoodle: https://www.instagram.com/lukai.doodle/

Please keep posting pics of her! They grow up extremely fast & you don't want to miss any second of it!

Kai didn't shed at all up until 3 1/2 months (but VERY little) Try asking your vet on what type of shampoo/conditioner would be best, along with a brush. 

All pups are different!

Gus is cute and so is his name. His ears look doodly curly. I don't see much in the way of facial furnishings though. You might check the group here on DK called where is the poodle in my doodle. You might see pictures of others who have the doodles that more resemble the Golden Retriever side of him.
