Earthborn Treats - Cracker Jack surprise??

Has anyone ever found a large milk bone inside a bag of Earthborn Holistic treats? The treats I give Lambeau are always square and today I reached in the bag and pulled out something that looks like a medium sized milk bone. Cracker Jack surprise? A random curly fry? Or something of concern?

Interesting! Do they even sell bones for it to have ended up in there by accident? Was that the only item in the bag or were the square ones in there as well? I would contact Earthborn and ask them. If it isn't supposed to be in there, they should be made aware of it.

Cynthia, I'd send the company an email with a photo of the bone shaped treat. At the very least, you will get a new box of treats. And they should be able to identify what it is. It's important for them to know about this, because in the case of a dog with a food allergy or sensitivity, it could cause a problem.

Just an update - they make a Sport Mix which includes similar bones and they think it was something that was just stuck in a tube and it is safe :)

Sadly no. But they said I could go exchange the bag at the store. They were nice and called back right away, so I feel satisfied.
