September Asssignment Potential Calendar 2017 Photos

This is for photos you are thinking of submitting for the Calendar and that you would like to show us. If you want more detailed critiques and/or editing help I have started another discussion for that. I know there will be overlap and possibly a mish mash but we can handle that. Don't forget to check the guidelines.

I'm stating early because the calendar submissions need to be in by 9/22. seems like the submission period gets shorter every year.

Remember that vertical shots only go on the multiple doodles per page calendar. If you want a chance at a full page you need horizontal shots.

Amber, Mickey is adorable.  Look in the editing forum for help with any of your pictures that meet the guidelines and you would like to consider submitting.  They can help you tweak your photos.  So, a cute photo can become an even cuter photo!

I love the photo content - it is very cute.  The problem is that Yankee's white coat is blown out. Maybe someone can 'fix' it, but I don't think it can be fixed.  It is very hard to capture white and black doodles, for totally opposite reasons.

This is a sweet scene but it is not a sharp image and we can't see Yankee's face.
