September Asssignment Potential Calendar 2017 Photos

This is for photos you are thinking of submitting for the Calendar and that you would like to show us. If you want more detailed critiques and/or editing help I have started another discussion for that. I know there will be overlap and possibly a mish mash but we can handle that. Don't forget to check the guidelines.

I'm stating early because the calendar submissions need to be in by 9/22. seems like the submission period gets shorter every year.

Remember that vertical shots only go on the multiple doodles per page calendar. If you want a chance at a full page you need horizontal shots.

Click on the picture, then right click and click on where it says something like photo information.  These do not have enough pixels for printing 11 x 8.5.  They sure look great on the computer though.

Hi Nancy,

Here is the original photo.  It says 5344x3006 pixels.  72 DPI. I can't retake as it was a vacation photo.  I can use PhotoShop and see if I can fix it up??  What do you think?  Cindy

I agree. This would be a good candidate for the multiple doodles per page though. The eyes could use some lightening.

Nice!  I agree that this will be an even better candidate for the multiple doodles per page calendar if you can get a bit of the shadow out of the eyes.

It has enough pixels and could even be cropped a tiny bit more.
