Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
This is for photos you are thinking of submitting for the Calendar and that you would like to show us. If you want more detailed critiques and/or editing help I have started another discussion for that. I know there will be overlap and possibly a mish mash but we can handle that. Don't forget to check the guidelines.

I'm stating early because the calendar submissions need to be in by 9/22. seems like the submission period gets shorter every year.
Remember that vertical shots only go on the multiple doodles per page calendar. If you want a chance at a full page you need horizontal shots.Tags:
This is a gorgeous photo...and I know from following the PS group that you take professional photos and they are extremely beautiful. So I have an amateur question on this one...If I had taken a photo like this I would automatically be inclined to want to straighten it so my dog is lying on a straight horizontal line. Would this action be detracting from a photo like this?
I think it's a matter of preference. Love the picture of Holly, but just like you, I would probably try to straighten it just to see how it would look.
Lucky goes Around the World in 30 min! I am finally putting my annual pass to good use, log his public access hours, and take some pretty photos. The weather was perfect after all. This morning at 8 am, we started driving to Epcot and we get there at 9 when the park opens. I take out my dslr and it won't work. I think it is broken but realize I'm an idiot! I forgot my memory card! Boo.. iphone to the rescue. So this may not be the best photos but I tried to fix it, especially editing out the leashes. We stayed for 30 min before the temperature reached 90 degrees. What do you guys think?
Lucky goes to Epcot!
Kon'ichiwa! Lucky goes to Japan!
English Garden zoomed out
What a fun idea. You could make a Shutterfly book of Lucky's travels - be sure to include his kayaking.
great idea! So cute.
You know what is funny? While I was at Disney, I noticed he walks faster in the sun than in the shade. I thought I was probably imagining it. But I am looking at these photos and realized this guy is sitting in all the sunny photos because I made him sit but he is laying down in the shaded spots where I made him sit. He is getting scary smart!
I've been finding more and more that doods don't like the heat. My DJ ends up hiding in whatever bushes he can find. My non dood doesn't care about the heat at all. Must be the thick poodle hair
Cutie!
Thanks DJ & F, Bogey is our big baby! He has no idea how big he is. Although we rescued him at 9 weeks old, something bad happened to him because he is afraid of every noise and strangers. He is a gentle sweet loving boy who has 2 emotions, scared and happy! DJ tortures the heck out of him and he allows it. My heart breaks that he is so afraid and we just adore him! This was the picture I saw on petfinder and made us drive 2 hours to get him
