What does your other pets look like?

[Nothing To Do With Doodles]

Just wondering if your doodle have siblings that are not Doodles? What pets do you have that are not doodle? How do they get along with your doodle?  What made your decide on the other pets vs your doodle?

I choose the Goldendoodle because they are very well rounded dogs. Great as service dogs, smart, friendly, and does not shed.  He doesn't get along well with the rest who are low energy.  I think most of that has to do with how he is still a puppy.  I was not allowed to have pets growing up and now I make up for lost times.  I am an animal lover of all sizes, types, and breeds

Here are my pets: 

Happy the Pomeranian- 5 lbs -age 6

Nibbler- the Pug  15 lbs Age 5

Donald- Persian Cat - Age 9  -- Retired Grand Champion CFA

Socrates- or "Tesy" for short African Grey Parrot- Age 3: Vocab ~50 words

They are all too cute! Donald is beautiful! I didn't know that Persians could be calico:)

Well I don't know if this counts since Bella doesn't even know he is alive, but I have the last of 3 betta fish. ( when we moved they got really stressed so the rest of the other 2s life was nervous. and I think they may have had an infection. But Bubbles (the fish) seems really happy!

p.s. I didn't know fish could be stressed until I talked to a Petco person:)

I had two beta fish in the past. My friend named them. One was called alpha 1 beta. Then Donald knocked over this tank and he died. Then we had alpha 2 beta. I was over feeding him and now he too joined his predecessor in fish heaven. LoL growing up my parents did allow me to have goldfishes. One lived 15 years!

 Haha:) Wow 15 years?! So far Bubbles is 1 1/2 ish?? We got them right before Bella.

Yeah I didn't know they can live that long either... but I just googled Goldfish lifespan and they can live to 30.  I guess it was middle aged.

No other pets as of yet. But your menagerie is cute. My daughter and grand daughter really want a cat but husband/dad is allergic. As far as I know they don't make non-shedding hypoallergenic cats.

Haha I am allergic to dogs and cats.  The only one I am not allergic to is the bird.  I am even allergic to the Goldendoodle.  My cat allergies is the worse.  I have this air filter by Rabbit Air i got from amazon and it helped a lot.  You can see it on the wall in the second photo.

Thanks, I will let them know. I was kind of allergic to my other daughters Siamese and I thought they were supposed to be one of the lower allergy cats. My grand daughter was care taker of her class guinea pig over the summer, I couldn't believe how much she shed and made me sneeze.
