Are baby wipes safe to use on yetis bottom occasionally? Are there ingredients that we should steer clear from?

If it's only for occasional use, I think a damp washcloth would serve the same purpose and would certainly be a lot cheaper. Plus you don;t have to worry that some ingredient might cause a problem.

But then you can't just throw that away...eewwww...LOL.  I think baby wipes should be fine.  But you can also get adult wipes in the toilet paper section of most stores.  Or possibly cheaper, really high quality durable paper towels :-)

I have used baby wipes and never had a problem.  I use them to wipe feet and "bottoms" when needed.

I use baby wipes or dog wipes on her tush. In the summer she takes so many baths that I don't need to use them. I use them more in the winter. If we have had a big snow over night and she goes tearing out the door first thing in the morning before anything has been shoveled, sometimes there isn't enough clearance for her to do her business and it gets stuck on her. So definitely disposable wipes for those times.

If you go onto Amazon.com, there are several wipes that you can explore, which work quite well with cleaning a dog.  I always carried wipes for Paz, especially when he was working, because I always wiped his rear after he pooped to make sure he was clean.  I never had a problem with any of the wipes.

Future doodle owner is curious....how long does the sanitary clip remain effective? --before you need a baby wipe?

thanks,

Colleene

Thanks all! I used the pet head dog wipes but they never seemed wet enough so I ended up having to use multiple. Unfortunately Yeti's poop isn't always hard so about once a week we are having to use wipes to help clean up his bottom a little better. The baby wipes we buy for ourselves seem really nice and damp so I was going to try those out if they weren't harmful to animals.
