cleaning accidents off concrete

Our youngest doodle has some tummy troubles and had (walking) diarrhea on the unfinished concrete floor in the basement. Any suggestions on how to clean it off? I have tried everything I can think of and it seems to have stained the floor.

Ammonium cleaners is what I use to get rid of very difficult stains. Try oxyclean if you are afraid of damage!

My patio is concrete - not inside the house - but I have used bleach and vinegar to clean accidents.

I'd use straight bleach.

Please be aware that Urine and Bleach makes a very toxic chlorine gas. 

2NH₃(aq) + OCl^-(aq) ---> N₂H₄(aq) + Cl^-(aq) + H₂0(l) 

I would wipe up any urine first with vinegar and then use undiluted bleach so this way the enzymes can be broken down.

This actually happened to me in my bathroom and we had to evacuate the house for a day. lol
