Thank you Nancy, great photo of you both.
Lovely photo. Your dogs always look so happy.
Amy, I'm so sorry. I've had two friends who've lost their little kids...it's never right for a parent to lose their child no matter the child's age.
Thank you, I agree, that isn't the way it should be. So sad for your friends.
I'm so sorry about your loss, glad you have many photos and videos to cherish the memories! How about start being in the pictures again? :) You don't have to show it to anyone, but I think it's nice to have memories for later on. I don't like being in pictures too. I always come out looking mad or not very happy. lol
Thank you, after reading the article Adina posted, it made me realize I am being very selfish. I am certainly going to work on it. At least with immediate family. I will probably never get there with the in-laws.
Amy, you and your family DESERVE(s) to have a photo memory of you experiencing life. I hate that I'm always the one TAKING photos, not because I love being in photos, but years from now I want my kids to see that I was there not just taking photos. Please, even if you don't share photos on social media, get in those pictures. The people who love you will want to look back and SEE you there with them. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/allison-tate/mom-pictures-with-kids_b...
Thank you for sharing the article. It made me realize I am being selfish about it. It isn't fair to my grand kids especially not to have their grandma in photos with them. Although I wouldn't at all be surprised if my daughter sneaked some when I wasn't paying attention. While I will work on getting into family photos with my immediate family, it won't happen with the in-laws since everything ends up on social media. I can't control what they put there, but I can control me not being in the photos. Well except for my Christie Brinkley stand-in.
click on the image button right next to the link button. Took me a while to figure out how people embedded the photos.
