I do think she will "doodle out", maybe not for a few months, maybe not until she gets her adult coat, but I think she will.
We fostered an adult labradoodle who was adorable. She was an owner surrender and he provided a few pictures from her puppyhood. She did not look doodley at all as a puppy, but as an adult she had that darling scruffy look. Your puppy reminded me of her and her puppy pictures. The first is her as a puppy, the second when she was older, and the last when we fostered her at age 5.
Rosie reminds me of my pup Watson at that age. I think she will slowly develop longer facial hair, although it may not grow out as long as some doodles. Watson is not yet 1.5 yrs yet but he is slowly but surely floofing out a bit. He has a bit of cheek fluff, beard fluff and across his nose. The brows are there although not very pronounced. I've trimmed some fur on his nose because we felt like he couldn't see properly
