How are you getting to vote more than on

Every day I just go to the discussion and click on the link and vote.  I do not try to save the link and vote from that if that makes any sense.  I use all of my devices and Otis's cellphone.  I am using wireless and one wireless hot spot.

I just hit the link in the discussion about every 24 hours and it allows me to vote again. I vote from the same device each time-my PC./Google Chrome.
