2018 Calendar potential submissions
Looking for some expert eyes to help weed out photos that are not worthy for submission to the 2018 Calendar. Please critique and I welcome any suggestions to improve through lighting, cropping, etc. So, I am hearing through the "grapevine" that some members are willing to help with editing. They do such a great job and are giving of their time and expertise...so take advantage if you need them.Thank you for your patience and your opinion is valued.

The eyes in # 1 are much better than in #2, IMO, particularly at 100%. Such a cutie!

If you have the full PS, you can try the shadow recovery slider. The eyes can be brightened using some of the other ACR tools or with Viveza from the NIK collection. You just select the eyes with a Control Point, use the slider to select the amount of light and brush it in. With a raw file you have a lot more stops of light to play with. While all these have their limits, it's worth a try. Good luck.

I LOVE it! My 'beach shots' are too light and the dogs don't show well, but while this is light, every bit of Quincy shows. I think it is wonderful......
