Hamilton's First Birthday!

Hard to believe this guy turned 1 on the 26th! I wanted to share photos from the little birthday shoot I set up for him :) I went just a little overboard..

He sure isn't the 'doodley' doodle I expected but let me just tell you how lucky we are to have him! He is the kindest, most loving, obedient, smart, playful dog we've ever encountered. Of course that may be a bit biased as we are his parents but since the day we brought him home we had little to no problems with training. He occasionally sneaks a stick into the house but heads to his crate when you say 'go to your home' and even voluntarily hangs out in there. Looking forward to many years to come with this lovebug!

Happy birthday, Hamilton! You sure are a cutie pie! If sneaking a stick in the house occasionally is his worst fault, then you have a winner! (I'm sure you worked with him. lol)

Thank you! :) Much credit to the trainer we had come to our house & doing our 'homework' on weeks she was not there! Still a work in progress, I would love for him to be a therapy dog one day!
