"Your comment must be approved before everyone can see it."

I commented on a blog this morning and got "Your comment must be approved before everyone can see it."  When did this start happening.  If it sometimes takes days for a blog to get approved how long is it going to take for approval to a comment to a blog.

The person who writes the blog can choose if they want to see comments before they are posted. That's the way it was unless something has changed.

Yes, Donna is right. The blog's author has the option to approved comments.

The same thing just happened to me, I've never seen that before!

And the author of the blog may not realize that’s how they set it up.
