Our new vet has recommended using Cytopoint for itchiness caused by seasonal environmental allergies. I would love to hear your experiences with Cytopoint, including any side-effects or negative reactions. Thanks.

One 500 mg softgel per day. Puritan's Pride usually has great prices and offers on it.
But if you're doind all that and she's still very itchy, she might need short term pharmaceutical intervention.
Thanks. I need to go over to The Vitamin Shoppe soon to buy more Fisol, so I'll see what type of Evening Primrose Oil they have. She is not very itchy and it is localized to one particular area. The natural aloe combined with Claritin and some cortisone are all helping.
There are also some topical lotions that help a lot if the itching is localized. But I got those from JD's dermatologist, the GP vets just don;t seem to have as much knowledge about these things. ResiKetochlor was one topical the specialist gave us when the flares were limited to his feet. it can be used on any part of the body except the eyes, nose and mouth.
I thought this was a good article about Cytopoint versus Apoquel. I've always found Dr. Hines' info to be accurate and helpful:
