Wanted: Photos of Your Dogs With Pet Food Bags, Please!

Dear Food Groupies, 

In light of recent news about Champion selling through Petco, and the rumors that the company may be sold to Nestle-Purina, I think it might be time to change the photo in our Recommended Brands section. 

Cute as it is, if I have to take Champion off our recommended list in the future, I think a photo of a dog with a bag of food from a brand we don't recommend is not going to be appropriate, lol. 

So...if you are feeding a recommended brand other than Orijen or Acana, please take a cute photo of your doodle(s) with a bag of his or her food, and post it here. (PLEASE try to embed into the discussion rather than posting a link to an attachment, if at all possible.)

It was fun! If it hadn't been late and after work we would have tried harder. But I needed to open the bag the next morning, so it was kind of our only opportunity!

Levi the Labradoodle loves Ziwi Peak!  He gets some cooked veggies added and sometimes an egg or plain goat milk yogurt.  Lucky dog!

Which would be an easier switch? Going from Acana Regionals (currently eating grasslands) to a Fromm line or a Wellness line. Marshall never could tolerate Orjen 5 fish, but can tolerate fish in the Acana regional line. I dread making this switch- but feel it’s going to be necessary in the future. He’s doing so good right now on the grasslands, that I haven’t changed formulas in three or four bags or more. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You have time. IF this sale happens it will not be for months, and then you will probably have about a year before the formulas or sourcing changes. 
You could look at the Wellness Core line, or at some of the grainfree formulas in the Fromm Four Star line; Surf & Turf might be a good choice.

Unfortunately I don't have a bag right now (I feed out of a bin) but I don't se anyone representing Earthborn so when I get a new bag in about a week or so I'll get a picture. :)

That would be great. I feed from a bin too so I totally get it.

I plan to rotate the photo maybe each month so I can use all of the photos that people were so kind to submit!

Sorry it took so long, but had to wait on a new bag.  Here's Zoey with her Stella & Chewys  kibble in the morning and frozen raw at night.
