Accident in crate after spaying?

Lola got spayed last Thursday and hasn't had any accidents until this morning. She pooped and peed in her crate. We were shocked because she hasn't done this in some time. Could this be from the surgery?

I would not think the poop would be from that...but maybe the pee. Do call our vet's office and keep an eye on the incision area.
