My Parris thinks it is her job to be a canine towel. She waits outside the shower every day in hopes of being able to be a dry my legs!!! What a silly doodle.
Cirrus has the clothes picking up job as well. Nimbus barks and growls at noises. I guess they split up the work. Nimbus also, thinks he is the nanny/enforcer, he comes and pounces on Cirrus any time we correct him.
Our doodle Penny loves it when I change the sheets on the bed. Her day is not complete until I drape all the pillowcases over her back and she can "carry" them into the laundry room. She's also quite the guard dog, with a deep Golden Retriever bark whenever a doorbell rings - including doorbells on TV shows and movies!
Comiskeys job is to unscrew the lids off of bottles and jars.....they are always in tact.....but she can unscrew a pop bottle in 30 seconds......the only thing is it can't be full...but she did unscrew one that was half full once.....what a mess...now we are a LOT more careful.....but she did get a hold of a jar of Vicks.....unscrewed the lid and left the jar and the lid on the night stand.....
Yep, she always liked the empty water bottles....then we started giving her the 2 liter bottles but left the lid on...in case we didn't get them completely dry inside....next thing we know the lid is unscrewed.....if she has it going the wrong way to unsscrew it....she will turn the bottle around with her paws and continue......but the Vicks jar was a suprise.....
Eddie did that once, to my surprise. I had a new jar of Burt's Bees carrot night cream on my night stand and while I was in the shower the next morning, Eddie opened it up and had a snack. I never knew dogs could do that!
Rosco and Thule's job is to be my fashion police. Does not matter if it's first thing in the morning or the middle of the day or evening... as soon as I change my clothes, they come by to examine my choice and make sure it's appropriate. Sometimes in the process of examining my fashion sense they add decorations with their noses.
