Puppy peeing constantly!

Help! My 10 week old goldendoodle, Miley, has been peeing every 5 minutes. She has been doing wonderful peeing everytime we take her out, until today...She has peed in the house like 5 times. I took her outside everytime and she peed more. I walked her around the yard for 45 minutes and she peed at least 10 times. What is going on here?

It sounds like an infection. You may want to take her to the vet or at least give them a call and see what they say.

Thanks... I was thinking the same thing. I have called the vet. We will see her later today. Puppy sleeping now after her 45 min outing. UTI on a puppy? Oh boy...

My 10 week old Phoebe just got over a bladder infection. She started peeing every 5 steps so I took her to the vet and she was put on a 10 course of antibiotics. She is better now--thankfully, I was so worried-- but I feel that it set us back with housetraining. Good luck and I hope your little one feels better soon!

Benny had also an UTI as a puppy. With antibiotics it was much better within hours. The next day no more accidents in the house and after a week he was fine again. Let us know what the vet said. Good luck!

Thanks everyone! Had another setback! When getting ready to take Miley to vet, I got a call from my sons school saying he had hurt his neck and back. Had to miss the vet appt. to take my son to the sports medicine doc. He will be fine, muscle injury...As far as Miley, she had a perfect afternoon and evening. She seemed much better after her long outing and her long afternoon nap. She seems back to normal...maybe no infection after all? Could she have just been a nervous Nellie today? I don't know... I am new at this puppy stuff, raised four kids, feel like I am starting all over! Just wish I would have read the books on being the pack leader when my kids were young...I think it would have helped me as a mommy too! I will be keeping a close eye on Miley, glad I had that Natures Miracle on hand today!!

I took Miley to the Vet today, urine specimen in tow...No UTI! Yea! She is just fine today... Weird uh? Thanks for all the advice!!!
