2. If you did not use method #1, you will need to get your login and password info from the email that is automatically sent when you make your purchase. Hi! We signed up yesterday...we've already started reading the ebook and continue to practice what we've learned so far!

I've emailed canis 3 times over the last 24 hrs and have yet to receive a reply. I did try the password Clark gave us numerous times but it does not work with my email address. I also checked my spam folder several times and never found a reply. I called clickbank and was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I then sent them an email and got the following response that they are sending my email to canis. Yeah! At least I got a response from someone.

I downloaded the book yesterday! Obie and I are way behind because we haven't been able to do the mini course. Last week two very young grandsons were visiting and there was chaos. Obie ran after them, picked up the toys they left laying around and we were constantly taking things out of his mouth. I think it set back any good habits he had started to acquire. We really need this training & will try to catch up with the rest of the group.

The eligibility for the bonuses is not at all connected to having the password. If you ordered the program then your eligibility is based solely on whether you ordered in this last 48 hours AND where you fell in the line-up.

Hi Guess I should post my problem here too....still no reply from Canis! What's going on???? This is REALLY unprofessional. I'm very frustrated. Can ANYONE help me???? Sandy, have you gotten your password yet? I see you were having problems as well. I would think they would reply immediately once I forwarded my paid receipt to them. HELP!!!
