Need a Home for my Doodle

I have a six month old female doodle for which I desperately need to find a home. She's a carmel medium curly coat, approximately 45 lbs and beautiful. I over-estimated my time and ability to care for this beautiful dog. Am located in Northeast Ohio.

Thank you to everyone for your supportive and understanding comments. She is a beautiful dog and this is so difficult but I want the best for her and I know I can't provide her with enough of my time. I am waiting to hear from a potential parent today, Praying all goes well.
