There might have been a previous discussion regarding puppy teeth. My doodle is 5 months this week and already lost about 6 teeth. Some 2 in one day. Just lost another one. Just don't know what to expect. She is also getting spayed next week and hoping all goes well with that. Any advice pass it on. Thanks.

Hi,
My doodle just turned 4 months this past Friday and has already lost 8 . 4 on top and bottom. The chewing has slowed down a little. Thank Goodness! Good luck with the spaying. My dogs have all been males so we haven't had to deal with the spaying. Puppies usually recover so quickly, I'm sure she'll do great. Hang in there!!!
Hi,
I heard you are supposed to ask the doctor to check their teethe while they are under to make sure the new ones are all coming in correctly and the old ones are out of the way. Duff 5 1/2 mo old and is getting neutered next week and he has lost a number of teeth, although I lost count. I haven't noticed any additional teething in a few weeks. I thought it was supposed to go on for a couple of months...?
Hi,
It's seems my doodle lost all her back teeth at one time. Poor thing had a hard time eating, but the new ones came in pretty quick. And when we had Harley spayed 4 weeks ago they pulled one of her baby canine when she was under. She still had one baby canine left and the vet said to wait a few months to see if it would fall out otherwise thay would pull it. But that one just fell out last week. She will be 7 months old in a couple of weeks and no baby teeth left. Good luck
Macey will be eight months next week and has no baby teeth left. I'd say they were all gone by 6 1/2 months. Teething never really was an issue for her, but she still chews on toys, etc.
Abby didn't have any problems with losing her teeth either. I found a few on the floor and have kept them - it's amazing how small they are. The adult teeth come in VERY fast so don't worry about her being toothless. She is 7 months and has large beautiful teeth.
Abby's spaying went without a hitch also. She was spayed in the morning and we picked her up in the afternoon - no cone or anything. She pretty much left it alone - a few licks but that is to be expected. I put one of my teenage daughters T-shirts on her and tied it on the bottom of her shirt at Abby's back. It worked pretty well. Tho she was groggy the first day. It was hard keeping her calm after a couple of days - she wanted to play.
Good luck.
That sounds about right. Joey lost most of his teeth around 5 months, I believe. I remember there would be some blood on his chew toys at times. Is it weird that I saved the teeth I found? Hehee...
