Brand New Doodle Mom & Dad!!

Any pointers on in sight for new parents to a lovely doodle will be grateful!! Bella is amazing!! She attached herself to my husband right off the bat and he is leaving for deployment in 2wks, How do we handle that? And we believe is already potty trained, but is she just being good for us for the first day or so? Any pointers on anything or insight about doodles will be helpful. Thanks!

I so want to do that, She socializes with the dogs and people that stay in the apt complex. I cant take her out anywhere else to socialize because apparently since the vet on base couldnt set apt closer to when she had her first round of shots, she has to start her vaccs. all over again, Yeah that so sucks. But as soon as that is done she is going to be going everywhere with me and meeting new people and new things and new dogs. SHe had a friend that she played with here but he left with his owners to go back home, (they got out of the military) Bella is sad about that. ahah!! She looks for him all the time outside, its crazy. My bella knows how to fetch indoors so her daddy is so happy about that. haha!! We are training her with the help of the illusion collar and Cesear Milian,(well his shows and such) My mom trained her dog with some of his techniques, so we are going to do the same with bella. She just has to know who is "Pack leader" she thinks she is right now. Potty Training is done for the most part., Thank God!! haha!! She is awesome with my daughters and is so lovable. We are giving her a summer cut this week, its hitting close to the 100s here already. Yes its hot!! This groomer said she has a doodle that comes in for a groom so hopefully she knows what she is doing. The last one jsut trimmed her and left with her with a box head, haha!!

Your new baby is so cute! All you can do is pay lots of attention to her. I'm sure she will be fine with you and the kids because she will get lots of love. Tell hubby to be safe.

She is already growing to fast. haha! She looks like a big furry teddy bear right now. She knows how to work those puppy eyes. She is a nut and oh so clumsy! haha!
