As many of you know I do some foster parenting for Second Chance Animal Rescue in MN. This is the same organization that introduced me to my wonderful Sophie.
Below are some pictures of a male that I will likley be fostering starting on Monday.
He is an 80lb male that is about one year old. He will be neutured hopefully early next week and available for adoption thereafter. I met him today and snapped a couple pictures. I have been told that he is very sweet and that he's "just a happy goofball" He was very friendly and loved every bit of attention I gave him. He is very food motivated, and sat for a treat, but needs training. It seems that he has not had much in the way of obedience training. He got along great with another male dog today. I will know much more about him and his personality come next week.
Please let me know if you or anyone else is interested in adopting this handsome fella!
He does look like a happy goofball. In the first pic, he looks like he's trying really hard to look sophisticated, but in the second pic, he's given up on that and is just going with the goofball look. It's a good look for him, although he's adorable in both pics.
He has no name as of right now.. one of the guys that help care for him started calling him "sasquatch". We are going to have to come up with something more fitting once we get to know him!
I am going to bet that while you are fostering him, a friend/family member decides to bring him into their life. I hope. Really, who can resist that smile? He looks soooo happy. Who could resist that?
He looks lovely. If only I had room for one more, I would totally have him. He will defintely make someone happy. I hope he finds the right person soon.
Of course if anyone was interested in possibly adopting him, we would allow them to foster with the intent to adopt- of course the fewer relocations the better! I am hopefull that someone with express interest in caring for him and potentially making him a part of the family!
