Eating from the cat box?

Cagney from time to time goes in for a snack from the cat box,,, I always clean it out everyday but you have to be fast or he will help himself ....so gross...

Tell me about it! I started feeding him cheese because someone told me he was missing protein in his diet and he's stopped now. I don't know how healthy that is for him. I'll have to ask the vet. Now he eats the dry cat food and won't touch the dry dog food.

Someone I met told me to give Cagney yogurt.... I keep forgetting to but will do it... he doesn't do it everyday so hopefully it will stop....thanks for your tip! And Good luck too!

Almond roca! Luckily we don't have a cat for this reason...but if we did I'm sure all three would be fighting for the first morning morsel. Blech!

We had the same problem. In the end I bought one of those self-cleaning litter boxes. Since then I have seen a couple YouTube videos on training your cat to use the toilet.
