Prefering hard surfaces?

Does your doodle prefer hard floors over beds? Bella almost refuses to sleep on our bed and if we pull her up she will get right down and go sleep on the floor or on the bathroom tile! She's so cuddly but we rarely get to cuddle!!!!

Yes! Marlow will not sleep on a bed. He sleeps on the tile floor.I guess it is cooler.

Hello...Cagney likes to sleep on the floor beside the bed or on the linoleum in the bathroom... where it is cooler is where he prefers... he enjoys to cuddle on the couch...

Baker's favorite place to sleep is on the brick hearth. He's taken the rugs out of his crate & likes to sleep on the hard surface. Prefers the hardwood floor to the carpet. He'll come onto the couch or jump on the beds for a minute or two, but then he's off again. It's funny how much alike these dogs are :)

Gracie Doodle seems to be 50/50 on the soft and hard surfaces. She will sleep on our bed all day long but when she gets hot she goes to the limestone entry hall. She will start out with us in bed but abandons us within a half hour after the lights go out to go either back to the limestone or to the carpet in the living room. I think it is because she gets too hot being on our bed when we are in there. Geesh...we put A/C in our house last year and also have a ceiling fan right over the bed. It is like the North Pole in our house!!!
