Any doggy experts/breeders . I want to follow the reccommendations on this site. I am almost out of her weekly Otomax ear drops that are expensive and don't seem to work all that great (I still notice stinky ears at time)

I found this. What do you think? Is it true as they say? Is it safe? Opinions.

I get Epi-Otic at Entirely Pets -- direct link:http://www.entirelypets.com/epiotic.html

They have a variety of size options. There were MANY customer reviews on that site that confirmed its effectiveness. I believe it had a 5 star rating. The ordering was quick, easy and the products arrived very quick with regular shipping.
I like to use R7 Products because they are fast drying so there is no chances for ear infections.
For the ear powder, cleaner, and ear drying solution ...all three for $5.99

I know how you feel, sometimes its like playing twister with Honey, but she is getting much better just by doing them on a weekly basis. I go in with R7 on a cotton ball, and do not squirt directly in their ears, this seems to help with Honey. If I squirt the liquid in her ears and rub, than she is flapping her head all around.
Jane the Otomax I have is a viscous liquid in a squeeze bottle. Abby doesnt mind me squirting some in at all. She has always been fine with the application of it. How long did your vet say to use the Otomax for Noah?
Sherlock is yummier than homemade shortbread cookies with a chewy cherry piece on top at Christmas time. Cutie Patootie Sherlock!
