Licking

[Robyn, Greg and Snickers]

Snickers who is a little under 6 mths old has been licking everything. The wood floors, my pants, the cabinets. He will literally sit there and lick something until we distract him. Any one else have experience with this or ideas on why he is doing this?

Is he left alone a lot? Maybe he is bored. He could also be lacking some nutrients.

Thanks. He actually is not alone that much at all my husband works from home. Did not think of nutritional issues thought it was more puppy behavior but I will talk to the vet when we see him next month.
