I am looking for a wavey, cream, medium sized golden doodle with a great personality and good with young kids.

It is hard to ask for referrals in an open forum like this, because nobody would be comfortable giving negative feedback about a particular breeder; many of the breeders are members here. Breeders are also not allowed to "advertise" available puppies here in the open forum. lastly, it is probably not a great idea to include your email in an open forum (along with your full name, lol) because anyone can see this, even people who are not DK members.

Thanks for the feedback-I just haven't found any local or even close breeders on the owner rec page...bits hard because it only lists their name and not location--but I went through all of them and there were not any in the 4 hr area....any other suggestions?

I may not be looking in the right place-but I am not seeing it? I saw a grown golden in florida? is that what you are referring to?
i am really looking for a puppy and need to stay in the midwest. I did't see golden doodle and a breed option.

It shows him being in "IN" on the front, sry. Ayways do you see the petfinder ad on the "main" page of DK? I see a whole bunch of doodles there. If you scroll there are more.I think petfinder relocates adoptees.

My Halas is also from The Paw Pad. I agree with the others that Christine is great to work with. It's about 3 hours from Chicago, kind of near Bloomington. There's a Paw Pad group here on DK you can check out to see more info.
